Whats a bounced Email

A bounced email is an email that is returned to the sender because it cannot be delivered. There are a number of reasons why an email will bounce i.e. email address does not exist, the recipients mailbox is full, the email server is temporarily unavailable or the email account no longer exists.

Bounced emails will have a effect on your sending and reputation so Maxmail 4 automatically flags bounced emails and will not try to send to these again.
