Cancel your account

Cancel your Maxmail Account

While every bone in our body hurts while writing this, we want to give you the freedom and choice to cancel your account at any time.

To cancel your account log into maxmail and click the settings link on the top right of the page. On the settings page click the "Request Account Cancellation" button in the left menu. Please give some feedback on why you would like to cancel your account and then click the " Request Account Cancellation" button.

You cancellation request will be processed with the next 2 working days and you will be sent a confirmation email to your log in email address.

We encourage you to raise any concerns or dissatisfaction with our support team prior to considering cancelling your account because once you cancel your account, all your data will be lost beyond the point of recovery.
